1. The company is part of the Lian Guang Group (TPEx-listed) and actively provides employees with various training opportunities.
2. Afternoon tea is provided every Wednesday for all group employees to enjoy.
3. When the company wins a major pitch, the boss rents out a theater for group employees to watch a movie.
4. Domestic one- or two-day employee trips and overseas employee trips are held from time to time.
5. Overtime on weekdays can be exchanged for compensatory leave; overtime on weekends comes with both compensatory leave and overtime pay.
6. Employees are encouraged not to work overtime.
7. The work atmosphere is good, and colleagues get along harmoniously.
1. The supervisor is very nice, but unfortunately, work assignments are unclear, and employees often end up doing work that goes to waste.
2. Creative ideas are less likely to be adopted, as the direction usually follows that of the project owner.
