Colleagues are very easy to get along with
1. (Continuing from the pros) Once you cross a department boundary, a lot of inexplicable things suddenly arise…
2. The people above always come up with a bunch of brilliant ideas that make you wonder what on earth is going on in their heads; the higher up you go, the worse it gets.
3. They take pride in being an old-established company, yet keep making the courses more and more stingy, with absolutely no idea what direction the company actually wants to develop in.
4. Although there are all kinds of bizarre questionnaires, they are not “statistical” in the slightest, and yet they still want to use statistical methods to do things.
5. At exhibitions, they never consider promoting their own courses with physical materials—always relying on a sea-of-people strategy and giveaways that even their own staff don’t want to take…
6. They always want people to attend every exhibition…
7. You can never be harsh with students, even when what you are saying is true…, and the other person just happens to be a difficult customer.
8. When answering students’ questions, you sometimes cannot tell the truth…
9. The administrative computers still mainly run Windows XP. It’s not that I look down on XP; the problem is that the disconnect with the times is just too frightening.
