Interview experience—there was nothing positive about it.

People at the company are very afraid of their supervisors. Everyone acts like dogs, getting to work as soon as the time comes, and no one dares to slack off. If you are suited to following rules rigidly and doing things by the book, it might be a good fit for you!

The company called me to invite me to an interview and said that I could bring along some of my own work if I had any. However, when I arrived for the interview, they only asked me to fill out their standard résumé form, then asked me a few questions, such as whether I had experience supervising construction, what my parents did for a living, and what types of projects I had worked on. Then I was given a computer test on 3D drawing software. After it ended, they simply told me to go home and wait for notification. They did not even give me a chance to ask questions before telling me to leave. They also showed no interest in looking at projects I had worked on previously, nor did they explain the company’s situation or the job responsibilities. The interview experience was terrible.
