Pros

Only the leave policy follows government regulations.

Cons

The longtime owner runs the entire company with a manufacturing department mindset. Simply put, it is a manufacturing-oriented company.

Unfortunately, it places extremely little importance on the fundamentals most important to manufacturing: quality and delivery schedules.

The quality assurance or sales department has to put out fires from time to time. Some departments operate under a responsibility-based system with no overtime pay. To put it bluntly, who doesn't want to leave work early? Once the work is done, who would want to work overtime? But when someone takes responsibility and completes the work properly and thoroughly for the company, they still cannot receive overtime pay? One person is made to do the work of two or three people, and then employees are accused of being inefficient. You can judge for yourself whether this is reasonable.

The salary agreed upon during the interview is also made up of a bunch of performance-related items and treated as the full salary. If you take one day off, in addition to deducting the equivalent daily wage for that day, they also deduct the full-attendance bonus, and that month's performance bonus is deducted as well. In other words, taking one day off means having your salary deducted three times. Naturally, they also do not report the full salary agreed upon during the interview for labor insurance, offering workers no protection whatsoever. Is this reasonable?

When you ask HR about salary, benefits, or related issues, they act as if they are doing you a huge favor and will only respond when the fairy is in a good mood.

A female leader in the sales department, a professional pit-digging expert, periodically screams hysterically at colleagues in other departments while accomplishing nothing.

A supervisor in the manufacturing department will even dig pits for people in the same department to jump into. Life is hard enough for people just trying to earn a living—why make things difficult for them?

Some meaningless redundant staff and parasites are never dealt with by senior management either. Bad money drives out good; all that is left is for some capable people to leave.

Even when production and shipping targets are met, we have never received any production or performance bonuses, because everything is counted as part of the base salary agreed upon at the beginning.

They do not even report the basic labor insurance salary truthfully. Sadly, there is not even a year-end bonus. They talk until foam gathers at the corners of their mouths, painting grand promises that can be seen but never enjoyed.

There are many second-generation rich people in society who know nothing and are helplessly waiting to be fed,

but they are exceptionally skilled at exploiting workers. When they cannot provide benefits, they ask everyone to weather the difficulties together, while driving Porsches to and from work.

The prospects of a factory that appears unlikely to have many orders are worrying.

It does not even have an ERP system............. Working here feels like returning to ancient times. There is nothing but endless departmental infighting.

Every department has people who sow discord. Watching everyone fight is like watching a prime-time soap opera, and even when busy with work, you constantly have to guard against hidden attacks from the shadows.

If you are thinking of joining, I urge you to think twice. Every word above is written in blood and sweat, and every word is true—if you disagree, come debate it.
