No military service required

Morning exercises are required, and uniforms must be worn at work.
Alternative military service in R&D; the pay is low, and you are tightly bound.
Think carefully before joining; otherwise, you will be tied down for three years.
Unless you really, really do not want to serve in the military, do not join.
The salary does not increase anyway. You might as well serve in the military directly and then look for a job elsewhere.
Regarding machine tools, all I can say is that the machine-tool industry is a “miserable” industry.
The work experience at this company is not very helpful for switching to another company in the future.
There are few young people. Although the company has been around for over 60 years, it still has not managed to become listed on the stock exchange or OTC market, and there are many problems.
