Fortunately, I have already left. If you receive an offer, think carefully. Three new employees left this company within less than three months, yet the new boss still believes that everything is other people's fault and does not feel that they have any problems at all: 1. After joining, I discovered that the organizational systems were extremely chaotic, and the benefits discussed initially could change at any moment. 2. No one provided a handover, and the new boss never seemed to know anything when asked. 3. Business trips were extremely inefficient; something that could be resolved in one afternoon would take two days. 4. After taking over their father's business, the new boss only wanted to dismiss senior employees and replace them with a group of employees younger than them. 5. When explaining matters, the new boss often evaded responsibility and shifted blame. After verification, I found that the facts were completely different, yet they were not honest in what they said, making them difficult to trust. 6. Their speech and language showed no respect for employees' privacy, and they made several unpleasant sexually suggestive jokes.
