Are you kidding?
There is chronically insufficient staffing (high turnover), and the pace is extremely intense. When things move too quickly, mistakes are easily made, and you are expected to pay for them.
Useless supervisors are basically nonexistent—they only talk. When something goes wrong, they berate people; not going to the floor to help is the norm.
A terrible system: when there are no customers, you are required to leave early (by 3–5 hours); when there are many customers, you are forced to work longer to make up for the hours you left early.
Basically, you are not paid overtime. To claim overtime, you have to submit a so-called overtime form; if the supervisor decides not to recognize it as overtime, you simply receive no overtime pay. They often shortchange your actual clock-out time: if you finish at 25 minutes past the hour, they still will not let you report half an hour of overtime. Public holidays are not paid at double rates.
There are so-called review meetings for online customer complaints. You have to arrive at the company at 8 a.m. (regardless of how late you finished work the previous day); there is no pay and no breakfast provided.
There is a monthly meeting every month, also requiring you to arrive at 8 a.m., and it is unpaid as well.
During interviews, they claim that the company complies with the Labor Standards Act. Basically, just take that with a grain of salt.
And the attitude of their HR staff when recruiting at schools... tsk, tsk... You can find out for yourself on the official Facebook page.
The experienced staff all left at one point in 2016. They claimed to have carried out a major overhaul of the benefits system, moving the year-end bonus into the monthly salary, which was effectively the same as having no year-end bonus... and so on. Under the guise of providing various benefits, they actually exploit employees; they spare no effort in squeezing workers. Think carefully before joining this company.
