HR provides feedback to job applicants

1. The assessments completed at the beginning—personal information, a personality test (90 questions), Chinese-to-English translation, and answering questions in English (telling a customer to contact you in the future and asking the customer to prepare money for shipping)—do not affect the formal interview.

2. After the HR interview, the manager came in and left in less than five minutes. HR then came back in and said that they currently did not need an employee with my traits; they wanted someone who could forge ahead and directly lead overseas exhibition trips (the position interviewed for was Overseas Business Assistant).

3. They offer low pay but expect the assistant to be able to start work immediately.
