1. The performance is really good, and the income is actually decent (truly one of the few among all the branches across Taiwan).
1. Branch managers have extensive authority; if they do not give you resources, there is nothing you can do even if you have no performance.
2. There is no overtime pay for working overtime (this is common practice).
3. The starting salary is low: NT$23,000–25,000.
4. If performance is poor, you are required to travel to other counties or cities for review meetings, and transportation expenses are not reimbursed.
5. Front-desk staff may be required to exaggerate the qualifications of the teaching staff, and teachers' hourly pay is considered very low in the industry.
6. Some branch managers may deduct your pay and vacation days because you did not meet your performance target.
7. On typhoon days, leave is not granted in accordance with government regulations, and there is no overtime pay. If you do not go to work, vacation days will be deducted.
