Relatively stable, with a clean work environment.
Although the salary appears to be above the level in Keelung, if overtime hours are included under the salaried arrangement, it is not worthwhile at all ("I've heard" that some positions receive overtime pay). It is a very traditional, relationship-oriented family business. For a single company, the proportion of managerial positions seems disproportionately high, but they have not managed to achieve any notable results.
