Workplace reviews and discussion: 動畫師

The salary offer is a little higher, and the boss is okay with that. But I haven't started work yet, so I don't know whether there will be deductions here and there.

The boss seems very arrogant, constantly taking a high-handed attitude and emphasizing how much value you create to determine how much he can offer you. There are only a few employees on the entire office floor, so it feels empty. When I asked about employee training, the three holiday bonuses, year-end bonuses, and other benefits, he was vague and even asked why I was asking so many questions. He said all of these could be provided if I worked hard. It feels like a company with very little structure—a company where personal rule outweighs established systems.
