1. Since there are no order fulfillment staff, when the shipping volume is relatively high, you have to help move heavy items.

2. If no sales are made during working hours or the orders are too small, you need to be prepared to work an additional two to three hours of overtime, because your supervisor will give you a hard time when you try to leave—and there is no pay for it.

3. The flexible start and end times mentioned during the interview are a lie. The start time is fixed, while the end time may stretch to 9 or 10 p.m.
