I have always had a deep emotional attachment to this company. I joined from the very first store, and I had always been very happy working here.

Unfortunately, the company has been extremely chaotic over the past year or two, and I am now preparing to resign. I would like to share the following objective thoughts for future job seekers’ reference:

1. The atmosphere at the store is very “peculiar.” As salespeople, everyone should be doing their utmost to sell products and earn bonuses. But what the supervisors here demand is:

Just keep cursing about how difficult the products are to sell, or disparage the buyers in the merchandising department for being blind, and that is apparently enough. In the end, not only were we unable to achieve our sales targets, but the biggest boss also came to think that the sales staff were slacking off.

2. There are many people at the store who constantly talk about quitting but never actually do so. During work hours, they are always criticizing the products and cursing the people in the office. In the end, the confidence of those who genuinely want to perform well is affected. That is why I finally decided to leave....

Perhaps things will improve after a new group of managers takes over. (I miss the happy times three years ago~~~)
