The projects you work on are all very simple, making them suitable for gaining experience early in your career.
1. There are no particularly experienced senior designers, so you can only rely on your own experience.
2. The company often takes on projects without signing contracts, so there is a possibility of working for free.
3. You often have to deal with clients’ unexpected demands, with the possibility of working overtime until early morning.
4. When the management cannot handle a client, they shift the pressure onto employees.
5. There is no overtime pay or compensatory time off. Being even 5–10 minutes late is scrutinized, but working 2–3 hours of overtime receives no acknowledgment or compensation.
6. The management makes emotional remarks while drinking.
7. High employee turnover.
