1. This is a Korean-owned company.
2. The department heads do not get along; everyone does their own thing, and it is very cold and distant.
3. Many employees have been here since the Merck era.
4. Whenever there is a problem, you have to figure it out yourself; there are no resources.
5. There is constant intrigue and deception.
