The boss is Japanese, and the entire interview was conducted in Japanese (my Japanese proficiency is only N3). With no experience when I first joined the company, the salary was NT$28,000; after completing the three-month probationary period, it became NT$30,000. During the interview, they used Japanese to introduce what the company does.
During the interview, because my speaking ability was not good, I was criticized for my poor Japanese (but I was hired in the end!?). They mentioned that there would be frequent business trips to Kaohsiung, Hsinchu, and Japan, but there is no overtime pay.
