After the company moved from Zhongxiao Fuxing Station to Guting Station, the work environment became clean and comfortable, and the colleagues were also very easy to get along with.
The salary for programmers does not exceed 40K, while the salary for system analysts is around 47K.
For ARTs and programmers, in order to reduce costs, the company hires people who are young and inexperienced or willing to negotiate a lower salary.
The company does not proactively provide employee training, but expects employees to find time to improve their technical skills on their own.
The company has only one salesperson, who is also the owner. He takes charge of projects and makes the schedules extremely tight. For some large projects, engineers must complete development, testing, and deployment within 1–3 months, so the quality of the systems developed is very poor.
(Reasons: First, the schedule is rushed; second, the abilities of the development and design staff vary considerably.)
We sleep at the company for around three days a month (that is, working more than 12 hours of overtime in a day).
There is no overtime pay; employees are forced to take compensatory leave instead (employees are pressured to agree unilaterally—I don't know whether this counts as workplace bullying).
If you are a Java developer and are lucky enough to be stationed at their post office client site, the workload and working hours will not be as bad as described above. However, if you are a .NET developer and a recent graduate, you could join for a few months to train your system debugging skills. If you are already a senior .NET developer, working for this company is not recommended.
One final point: Although the owner is usually very polite to employees, during working hours he loudly berates other business partners over the phone. You should pay attention to whether this affects your mood at work.
