The office environment is very beautiful... that's it.
Position: MIS Engineer (Kaohsiung)
The interviewer in the first interview had a very shallow understanding of information technology; he may also have been a marketing employee.
The interviewer in the second interview was an IT manager from upstairs who seemed to be there to embarrass you.
The company culture mainly focuses on constantly using new technologies, but you have to learn through self-study; no one will teach you.
They advocate not working overtime (it feels more like they cannot afford to pay overtime).
The development language is Go (the latest at the time), and virtualization technology using Docker is also involved.
But the servers and services are all in the cloud, and the company has no internal firewall or switch.
So I really don't understand why they are hiring an MIS... The position feels like it doesn't really need this person. If you want to save time, you can skip this company. I forgot which virtual host provider they used (but it wasn't AWS).
The salary is extremely, extremely unfavorable!!
