The managers who conducted the first and second interviews were very objective. They were willing to listen to both the questions and answers and provide information. Overall, the interview process was very good.

I have completed two interviews. During the second interview, the manager verbally mentioned that I had passed the interview and that I would be notified of the next steps later. However, when I called the HR contact twice to ask about the result, the contact said that the manager was very impressed with my interview and report, but that things were busy before the New Year and it might take another week to provide an update. When I called HR again later, they either avoided answering or had someone else respond, saying they would pass the message on to the person in charge. After that, I waited for more than a month without hearing anything at all.
