TCM工程師-台中(T4-T1056003)
泰宣企業股份有限公司
Pros

As long as TSMC doesn’t fall, the TCM outsourcing department won’t fall.

There is overtime pay.

If you want to come for an interview, you don’t need to prepare (as long as you have graduated from university, any major is accepted, and you’re under 35). Men are practically guaranteed to get hired.

((There are limited openings for women; the standard is at least average-looking.))

Cons

There are multiple versions of the overtime-pay policy; see the discussion below.

If you accidentally come into contact with chemicals, you’ll be sent straight to the hospital (it has definitely happened before—don’t disbelieve it).

The benefits will only get worse, and there will be more and more rules.

There’s a group of newcomers inside, so having newcomers train newcomers makes it easy for mistakes to happen.

The training is just listening; afterward, they directly tell you to perform the tasks (with chemicals). Scary~~~!

Overtime is scheduled for you directly on the roster (they’re extremely short-staffed).

If you can’t work overtime that day, they’ll keep asking and asking.

If you can accept all of the above, as well as the additional shortcomings mentioned by previous employees, you’re warmly welcome with open arms (I believe you can do a very good job).
