Two offices, in Taichung and Taipei. Other than sharing the same name, they have little interaction.
Taipei is seriously short-staffed, so the salary might be slightly more negotiable!
1. High engineer turnover
2. The boss could be considered a proponent of Theory X, so evaluations of employees tend to be more negative
3. You have to report your daily work content on LINE every day
4. Once a project is assigned to you, you are solely responsible for it; raising questions or requesting resources is not considered politically correct
5. The office environment overall cannot be described as clean
