After deducting labor and health insurance, it’s the typical NT$22K.
You’re expected to know how to pan-fry, boil, bake, deep-fry, stir-fry, and braise—you have to do everything. In addition to kitchen work, you also need to handle front-of-house sales.
It’s worse than being an apprentice.
