Quiet environment, suitable for civil servants
Cons
An extremely traditional, conservative, and feudal company. When addressing someone, you must always use their title and official position; there is no performance evaluation system at all—it all depends on the boss’s mood. If a certain vice chairman is in a bad mood, they will call you in to listen to a two-hour lecture with no real point.
