The salary is 24K, and after working for more than three years, I have never received a raise. If you don’t meet the performance targets, you have to attend meetings every month and also prepare presentations. Believe me, making those presentations will drive you crazy. There are monetary penalties for everything: a penalty if you don’t meet the performance targets, and a penalty if you don’t reach the goals. Honestly, with such a low salary, you could spend all of it paying their fines. You work more than ten hours without any break time. Think carefully before taking this job.
