Pros
The supervisor is very nice and doesn’t deliberately make the interview difficult; it’s more like having a conversation.
Cons
Part-time workers are not covered by labor and health insurance!!!
They evade the law by saying payment is calculated per manuscript, but in reality, they pay only the basic hourly wage.
