1. The boss constantly changes their mind and keeps making employees take the blame.

2. The boss takes employees’ ideas and credit.

3. Because they can’t find enough people, current employees have to take on multiple roles.

4. Underreports salaries: During the interview, they said the salary would be 35,000, but when I started, they gave me 33,000 and said it would be adjusted after three months—but it never was. Labor and health insurance contributions are another issue; they report only the minimum.

5. No overtime pay.

6. Every other week is a day off.

7. No reimbursement for fuel when traveling to Hsinchu for work.

8. They promise a bonus upon completion, then get rid of you when the project is nearly finished.

9. Even when an employee resigns, they spread malicious rumors about them everywhere.
