One of the interviewers was very friendly and asked questions specifically about my work experience.

Unfortunately, they did not go into depth.

There were two interviewers.

One of them had not fully read my résumé beforehand and kept looking at the basic information printed from 104 rather than the complete résumé I had prepared separately.

They spent too long asking about what I studied at university (I already have one and a half years of work experience). In the middle of the interview, they even yawned and interrupted my answers several times.

The most interesting part was when salary came up. The response was: “Our HR department will have a system calculate it.”

May I ask what kind of system can calculate the experience value a person has accumulated through their work?
