Pros
The living arrangements and care at the Indonesian plant are fairly good. You don't have to live at the factory; instead, you stay in a villa in the city center. Overall, life there is quite comfortable.
Cons
The management changes frequently, and morale at the Indonesian plant is currently low. Taiwanese expatriate staff basically do not receive many benefits or much protection.
