They repeatedly said they would notify candidates within the specified timeframe about whether they were hired or would proceed to a second interview, but in the end, candidates always had to call to ask.
In the end, even after candidates had made it to the second interview, they politely rejected them by saying, “We still want to find someone with experience.”
They wasted the candidate’s time repeatedly. If they don’t want to hire someone, they should say so earlier. Taking time off to attend an interview also means losing pay.
