Pros
The work is easy to pick up, and the hours are regular.
Cons
There are too many long-timers. Everyone at team-leader level and above engages in infighting and sets traps for managers from other teams to fall into; otherwise, they tattle to the higher-ups. Managers are often parachuted in, with one replacing another.
