I applied for a counseling position, so the following all pertains to the counseling teacher role:
1. There is little work to do, so you can usually do your own things.
1. Because there is little work, you are often asked to do odd jobs. These tasks have nothing to do with counseling and are not included in the job description (for example, buying breakfast). When asking you to do these things, the supervisor will not even be pleasant about it, so please pay particular attention.
2. The supervisor shifts responsibility. There was an instance in which the teacher responsible for scheduling asked a counseling teacher to check the availability of other counseling teachers, but then blamed the counselor for not asking clearly enough. This was despite the fact that the scheduling teacher was the one who had delegated the task. In the end, that counselor resigned as well. Job seekers who are not highly submissive should think carefully before coming.
