Most people are easy to get along with. The company is quite people-oriented, and you can ask whenever you don’t understand something; colleagues are all happy to help explain.
Cons
The salary is relatively low and the working hours are long. Performance is the company’s top priority, and the sales department can make unreasonable demands without considering the feelings of colleagues in other departments.
