2. Stable work
Cons
1. A wide range of skills is required: Japanese N1 (fluent spoken Japanese), accounting and finance, economics, and business administration
2. Low salary
3. There is a lot of work and miscellaneous tasks, with a great deal of reporting and meetings, resulting in low work efficiency
