1. Bonuses are awarded according to the boss's mood (if one of your colleagues is about to resign and the boss wants to retain them, they might receive an enormous bonus...........)

2. Extremely long working hours. Overtime cannot be reported on weekdays, and managers cannot report overtime. Overtime can be reported for working on holidays, but the boss will earnestly persuade you that, in your career, you should pursue achievements and not worry about the number of hours worked.

3. Before negotiating a project, the top executive promises the client that a team will be formed specifically to handle their project. Once the project is secured, however, that team has to handle multiple projects at the same time (though this cannot be disclosed to the client), so one engineer is used as three.

4. When a client loses their temper or a project is delayed and incurs a penalty, only frontline employees are asked to meet with the client. The PM and the boss usually have no idea where they have gone to hide.

5. The company has clear factions, and some mid- and low-level managers take credit for others' work.
