Pros
They throw you straight onto the production team, so you learn faster. But if you don’t have much experience, the sense of frustration is extremely high.
Cons
Once you get a production job, the working hours are extremely long—basically a minimum of 12 hours a day. No regular days off (depending on the production company). The base salary is 22K, with an additional 300 per day when you’re assigned to work.
The work is extremely exhausting, and the boss is very stingy.
