● Interviewed for a software engineer position. The interview was conducted by a senior engineer and focused mainly on discussing experience verbally, with some programming language questions interspersed, followed by a random whiteboard test. Because the job may involve interacting with foreigners, there was also an English conversation.
● The process was concise and clear, and the manager knew exactly what kind of person they wanted to interview. It suggested that the subsequent work style would also be straightforward and goal-oriented.
● It felt somewhat luck-based. If you click with the manager and your ideas aren’t too far off, you should have a very good chance.
