1. Due to the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy, applying for overtime pay has become increasingly difficult.
2. Employees are required to clock out around 6 p.m. using the company computer, then continue working unpaid.
3. The vast majority of overtime work at construction sites is unpaid; even working until dawn makes no difference.
4. Even while on leave, employees receive endless calls from construction sites. Failing to handle them will result in being berated.
5. University graduates earn approximately 35,000, and master's graduates approximately 40,000, but the working hours are extremely long; calculated hourly, the pay is about the same as working part-time at 7-ELEVEN.
