Basically, it almost entirely complies with the Labor Standards Act.

Some construction projects also allow employees to take regular leave (if leave is not taken, overtime can be reported).

Punctual working hours: 08:00–17:30 (overtime can usually be reported).

The good and bad aspects of each project site depend entirely on the project manager’s conscience.

The company allows all overtime to be reported; the difference is whether the manager signs off on it.

There is somewhat serious infighting within the company, with managers stepping on subordinates.

There are quite a few cases of subordinates taking the blame and resigning.
