The bosses have an inflated sense of self and always think they’re hot shit in the advertising industry.
After working there, you’ll feel that every other advertising company is incredibly kind and generous by comparison.
The high turnover means you get to meet a lot of people.
The company is so terrible and the boss is such an asshole that coworkers basically become close; in every cohort, coworkers create a group chat to curse the boss.
Low pay and high pressure, with heavy exploitation.
A married art director sexually harasses female coworkers. I personally know of three victims, and he is also extremely incompetent at his job.
They are extremely stingy about toilet paper.
The boss will make you do meaningless work.
The executive creative director keeps going in circles and routinely overturns every proposal that’s been written the day before a pitch. Fuck.
