The work atmosphere among the pharmacists is great. We often encourage one another and discuss ways to improve together.

The supervisors are willing to listen to the opinions of each department. In addition to the monthly general meeting, there are also internship and communication platforms between teams, allowing the team to become more cohesive.

By delivering medications to people’s homes and serving them on the front line, we can provide more practical assistance with medication collection and health education, as well as learn about how medications are stored and arranged in their homes. We occasionally receive small snacks and gifts, which lets us experience the warmth and kindness of the people of Taiwan.

The working hours are a little long, but this is a very innovative and meaningful job.
