Former engineer, employed at Taoyuan Plant 3, so this review focuses mainly on Taoyuan Plant 3.
The benefits are good. Basically, there is a Dragon Boat Festival bonus, and an additional profit-sharing bonus in August. NT$500 per month can cover three meals a day, and the new dormitory at Taoyuan Plant 3 costs only NT$2,000–3,000 per month, all-inclusive, allowing you to stay for two and a half years. In addition, there are four or five extra paid days off for travel each year.
1. Most supervisors have relatively traditional, personal-rule-oriented management styles
2. Taoyuan Plant 3 is located in the Guishan Industrial Park, where there is occasionally a strange smell in the air
