Working hours are coordinated with the department store, so they are relatively late.
The salary is very low... Engineers are only given a base salary of 27K plus 5K for transportation expenses (you only receive it after submitting receipts for reimbursement). You also need two guarantors because the audio equipment costs anywhere from hundreds of thousands to over a million. The clients are almost all wealthy people and are extremely difficult to deal with.
The manager makes grand promises, saying that other senior engineers receive bonuses averaging over 40K per month or things like that.
