The company's work environment looks great. During the interview, both the HR representative and the manager were quite friendly. The working hours are flexible (which is quite appealing to me), and the manager said verbally that there wouldn't be frequent overtime (although you won't know for sure until you actually join). They also provide birthday leave and gifts for the three major festivals, among other things... I don't remember all the benefits. I think they may also provide a fitness trainer or fitness classes or something similar—quite unusual.

Reference information: In addition to professional work-related questions, the interview also covers some industry knowledge. For the second interview, you also have to prepare a presentation.

The salary will only be known later, after receiving the offer.

As I recall, there doesn't seem to be an annual company trip (which is a bit unfortunate, but if they give me a little more money, I can arrange one myself).

Also, it is not possible to find out immediately after the second interview whether you have been accepted. The manager said that you have to wait for the HR representative to notify you later.
