Pros

Basically, as long as your interview performance isn’t bad, you’ll be hired. If you have the willingness and ability, you can coast on the salary for a few years.

All the benefits you’d expect are provided, the office is fully equipped, and the environment is comfortable.

It’s contract-based, so people with career plans can join to hone their skills.

Cons

If you think you’ve joined a fairly sizable company, you should seriously reconsider.

1. You have to rotate through a half-day shift on Saturdays, roughly once every two months.

2. Training only covers basic operations; for everything else, you’re on your own and will have to rely on your innate skills.

3. The actual level of attention given to different departments is extremely uneven. Broadly speaking, it depends on whether you can help the company make money; otherwise, no one will take responsibility when something goes wrong.

4. You’ll start getting used to “2200.” Don’t be afraid of being lonely—there are plenty of people keeping you company.

5. Starting salary? Don’t expect such a thing. If you perform well and make a few more gestures, your salary will be adjusted quickly.

6. When there are too many people, all sorts of characters get mixed together, so remember to hide your true nature.

I can’t say too much; it wouldn’t be good if I were recognized.
