1. It is a family-owned company and has all the shortcomings that family-owned companies entail, including a lack of a good corporate culture.
2. It is a company with clock-in requirements for starting work but a responsibility-based system for finishing work; this applies to everyone.
3. Factional conflict is severe. Like Japanese companies, it is extremely keen on creating factional divisions and forcing employees to choose sides.
4. Training is not thorough and often becomes merely a formality.
5. Compared with other companies in the same 3K industry, it is top-tier in terms of pollution and noise.
