It has a sufficiently strong reputation in the industry, but it is also notoriously exploitative.
The salary is stable because there is no raise after joining and passing the probationary period. You generally have to wait six or seven months for a raise of 2,000–4,000. I’ve heard that the mid-year bonus is never more than one month’s salary, regardless of seniority.
The department has a high turnover rate, and there has recently been another major internal reorganization. On average, the organization is reshuffled once a year. Each person is responsible for more than 20 vendors, and the work ranges from procurement and shipping inspections to accounting and closing. The work cannot be finished without working overtime, but even if you work yourself to death, there is no overtime pay. Managers require everyone to leave at 9:30, but because the workload is so heavy, employees still have to continue working after clocking out at 9:30. Working until ten or eleven o’clock is common. On top of that, managers threaten to deduct KPI points over everything, and when something goes wrong, they simply shift the blame back onto you.
