There are no set working hours and no limit on the number of annual leave days. The boss says it’s fine as long as you don’t go overboard.

The interview was not held in a conference room, but at a small table next to the restroom and pantry. The boss kept temporarily leaving to answer phone calls, questioned the code in the applicant’s portfolio, and even said, “Ah, this is too difficult for you.” The attitude was unpleasant. I later verified for myself that the boss’s criticism was wrong. Heh.
