Pros
The environment is pretty good.
Cons
There is no established system between the person in charge and the partners; everyone says something different.
They cannot even properly arrange a simple interview, leaving people waiting for over an hour.
When asked about the salary, the partners know nothing, and even the person in charge refuses to state it clearly, only saying that the details will be discussed later.
