Getting into the company shouldn't be difficult. As long as you communicate smoothly and have basic skills, you should be able to get in—but the key question is whether you can stay!
The biggest problem is the inability to retain employees! The managers don't seem to reflect on or review this situation at all.
The management side is also quite interesting: they have a family member with a financial background handling management (administration, technical matters, and possibly even sales). Because this person lacks relevant background and experience, everything is approached from a dollar-first perspective. Employees are required to provide ways to measure everything, without considering the practical aspects, and meetings consist of nothing but nice-sounding words.
All rules and regulations can be changed, and they may even be changed repeatedly with little notice. Usually, the changes are not made with employees' practical circumstances in mind, resulting in a great many problems, along with a large number of cumbersome paper forms that have to be filled out.
