There are no advantages at all. At most, the company trips are very appealing, but you have to pay for them yourself XD

1. There is a three-month probationary period. If you don't pass, they will ask you to leave before it expires. Not only will you receive no severance pay, but your "termination date" will be set before the middle of the month, so you won't receive a full month's salary.

2. Most of the senior colleagues have already left, and the company cannot provide comprehensive training after you join. You can only be thrown into the deep end.

3. Because projects are understaffed, working overtime is a daily occurrence.
